Data Specialist
Under the direction of the Director of Technology, the Data Specialist works in conjunction with the Database Specialist to manage the Student Information System in addition to multiple District data systems and platforms. Performs basic problem determination and resolution support for areas of responsibility as required to ensure a reliable production environment. Maintains records of transactions, problems or installation activities and the remedial actions taken. Provides limited system configuration support or technical troubleshooting to enhance equipment performance or respond to staff and student requests.
